Detail:- Pakistan Metrological Department vide its Bulletin No. A-099/18, dated 21-09- 2018 has intimated that high to very high Flood situation is expected in River Chenab along with  associated Nullahs of Rivers Chenab and Ravi from 23 September 2018 onwards. Detail of Letter:- The Regulations Wing, S&GAD has examined the matter and it is observed that the basic qualification for the post of Assistant is B.A, whereas the qualification for the post of Stenographer is F.A. Therefore, the incumbents of both the posts cannot have parity in terms of scale or status. Furthermore, financial benefits once extended cannot be withdrawn.
