IRMNCH AND NURITION PROGRAM CIVIL SERVANT'S EQUAL RIGHTS OF PRIMARY & SECONDARY HEALTH CARE DEPARTMENT

The Programme Director, Integrated Reproductive Material, Newborn & Child Health (IRMNCH) & Nutrition Program, Government of the Punjab issued a letter addressed to all the Chief Executive Officers (District Health Authorities), Punjab have subject 'Punjab Civil Servant Act, 1974 Rule 17(A).
Detail of Letter:-

All the staff working under the IRMNCH and Nutrition Program whose services has been regularized are civil servants as defined in the Punjab Civil Servant Act, 1974. They have equal rights alike all other employees of Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department, Government of the Punjab.

Applications in case of death of these employees for recruitment under the Section / Rule 17(A) of Punjab Civil Services (Appointments and Condition of Service) rule are sent to this office while you all are aware that the Program has been declared as dying cadre and vacant seats are not available in this Program to make appointment under the above quoted section.

You are requested to accommodate all such cases against the vacancies available in the District Health Authorities.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
