NOTIFICATION REGARDING OFFICE HOURS OF FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OFFICES

Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Secretariat, Establishment Division, Joint Secretary issued a notification regarding Office Hours / Office Timings.


Detail of Notification:

In partial modification of Ministry of Interior’s Notification No.2/7/2011-Public dated 13.10.2011 and in pursuance of Cabinet decision dated 24th August, 2018, the Federal Government has decided that working hours would be from 09:00 am to 05:00 pm with immediate effect.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
