WARNING REGARDING SIGNIFICANT FLOOD FORECAST IN RIVER CHENAB AND RAVI

Government of the Punjab, Disaster Management Department / PDMA issued a warning regarding High to Very High Flood Situation in River Chenab.


Detail:-

Pakistan Metrological Department vide its Bulletin No. A-099/18, dated 21-09-2018 has intimated that high to very high Flood situation is expected in River Chenab along with associated Nullahs of Rivers Chenab and Ravi from 23 September 2018 onwards. Flood situation in Rivers Sutlej and Ravi will depend upon the outflows from Indian Reservoirs. Flows are also likely to increase in River Jhelum.

It is therefore, requested that all concerned may be informed to take necessary pre-cautionary measures in low-lying / vulnerable areas to avoid any loss of life damage to public as well as private property, under intimation to PDMA, Punjab.

CIVIL SERVANTS EFFICIENCY AND DISCIPLINE RULES 2020

  Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Secretariat (Establishment Division) made Civil Servants Efficiency and Discipline Rules, 2020.  Prime Minister approved to make the following rules:-  1.
