NOTIFICATION REGARDING OFFICE TIMINGS FOR THE OFFICES OF PUNJAB SOCIAL SECURITY INSTITUTION

The Punjab Employees Social Security Institution (Head Office), Director (ADMN) issued a notification regarding office timings for their Head Office, Field Offices, Hospitals (Admin Wing) and Hospitals (Wards / OPD & Dispensaries).


Detail of Notification:

Pursuant to the Services & General Administration Department, Government of the Punjab notification bearing No.SO-1(S&GAD)Misc/5-4/2005 dated 31.08.2018, the following office timings will be observed at Head Office / Field Formations of the Institution as detail given below with immediate effect:-

1- Head Office working 5-days a week Monday to Thursday from 09:00 am to 05:00 pm (with half an hour lunch / prayer break at 01:00 pm) and Friday from 09:00 am to 05:00 pm (lunch / prayer break at 12:30 pm to 02:00 pm) 

2- Field Offices working 6-days a week Monday to Thursday & Saturday from 09:00 am to 04:00 pm (with half an hour lunch / prayer break at 01:00 pm) and Friday from 09:00 am to 01:00 pm

3- Hospitals Admin Wing working 6-days a week Monday to Thursday & Saturday from 09:00 am to 04:00 pm (with half an hour lunch / prayer break at 01:00 pm) and Friday from 09:00 am to 01:00 pm

4- Hospitals Wards / OPD & Dispensaries working 6-days a week Monday to Thursday & Saturday from 09:00 am to 04:00 pm (with half an hour lunch / prayer break at 01:00 pm) and Friday from 09:00 am to 01:00 pm

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
