NOTIFICATION REGARDING USE OF SLOGAN SAVE TREES & PROTECT ENVIRONMENT

Government of the Punjab, Finance Department, Section Officer (E&A) issued notification regarding use of Slogan "Save Trees & Protect Environment" on all official correspondence.


Detail of Notification:

I am directed to refer to the subject cited above and draw your attention towards ongoing campaign of Punjab Government regarding tree plantation and environment protection. 

I have further been directed to convey the directions of Competent Authority that slogan “SAVE TREES & PROTECT ENVIRONMENT” (Font: Engravers MT. Font size 12 pt) mat be used on all official correspondence of Finance Department, from now onwards, as cited on header of this letter.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
