NOTIFICATION REGARDING REGULARIZATION OF WMOs / PUBLIC HEALTH SPECIALIST OF MOTHER NEONATAL AND CHILD HEALTH (MNCH) PROGRAM OF KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA

Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK), Health Department issued a notification regarding regularization of services of Women Medical Officer / Public Health Specialist of Mother Neonatal and Child Health (MNCH) Program.


Detail of Notification:-

In pursuance of Section 4 of the KPK employees (Regularization of Services) Act, 2018, the following Medical / Women Medical Officer / Public Health Specialist (BS-17) of "Mother Neonatal and Child Health (MNCH) Program by KPK" appointed on contract basis hereby stand regularized against the posts as mentioned against each with effect from the date of commencement of Act:-

All the Controlling Officers shall verify the credentials of above mentioned staff from concerned boards and universities / PMDC and submit a complete report to this department. In case found fake / ambiguous, the regularization shall be stand cancelled automatically.

The inter-se-seniority shall be determined later on separately as per rules.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
