EQUIVALENCE OF BACHELOR OF EDUCATION (1.5 YEARS) DEGREE AWARDED BY ALLAMA IQBAL OPEN UNIVERSITY, ISLAMABAD

Higher Education Commission issued a notification regarding equivalence of Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) 1.5 years degree awarded by Allama Iqbal Open University, Islamabad. It is informed that Allama Iqbal Open University, Islamabad is a chartered university in public sector. As per clarification from Academics Division, HEC the holder of B.Ed (1.5 year) degree obtained after 16 years of non-relevant qualification is eligible to get admission into MS / M.Phil Education. However B.Ed (1.5 year) degree obtained after 16-year of non-relevant qualification is not equivalent to M.A Education/M.Ed. It may also be noted that admission in a university for further education and determination of suitability in relation to job requirement rests with the concerned university and employing agency, respectively and this Commission has no role in such issues.

CREATION OF OSD POST IN RESPECT OF DECEASED OFFICER WHO DIES WHILE IN SERVICE

Government of the Punjab, Finance Department issued letter regarding creation of OSD post in respect of deceased officer who dies while in service. GUIDELINES FOR PROCESSION OF CASES REGARDING CREATION OF POST OF OSD FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE OF DECEASED

Government of the Punjab, Finance Department issued guidelines for processing of the case for creation of post of OSD for the financial assistance of the deceased. It has been observed that expenditure served that expenditure wing refers the routine cases for creation of post of OSD for financial assistance of the deceased employees to the regulations wing which causes unnecessary delay in processing the cases and cause inconvenience to the family of the deceased employees. In order to curtail the agony of the family of the deceased all the sections of the expenditure wings are requested to examine the case properly in the light of Finance Department's letters No. FD SR-13-10/2004 dated 15.08.2017, dated 12.09 2017 and 03.10.2017. DELEGATIONS OF POWERS TO DIVISIONAL COMMISSIONERS TO EXTENT OF S&GAD CONTROLLED POSTS IN BS-17

Government of the Punjab, Services & General Administration Department (ADMN Wing) issued a notification regarding delegation of powers to the extent of S&GAD controlled posts / officers in BS-17 to the Divisional Commissioners. No.SO (Admn-11)8-15/2017. INCENTIVE ALLOWANCE IN PROJECTS / PROGRAMS, POLICY UNITS / POLICY CELLS / COMPANIES / AUTHORITIES FOUNDATIONS AND FUNDS

GRANT OF REVISED UTILITY ALLOWANCE FOR OFFICIALS / OFFICERS WORKING IN PUNJAB CIVIL SECRETARIAT

Government of the Punjab, Finance Department issued a notification regarding grant of revised utility allowance to officials / officers working in Punjab Civil Secretariat. CLARIFICATION REGARDING GRANT OF ADVANCE INCREMENTS ON THE BASIS OF HIGHER QUALIFICATION TO SSTs

UP-GRADATION OF THE POST OF DATA ENTRY OPERATORS

Government of Pakistan, Finance Division (Regulation Wing) issued an officer memorandum regarding up-gradation of the post of Data Entry Operators under the Federal Government. REGISTRATION OF APPLICANTS APPLYING UNDER SPECIAL CATEGORIES THROUGH ONLINE TRANSFER SYSTEM

MEASURES TO CONTROL OUTBREAK OF CORONA EPIDEMIC IN THE COUNTRY

EVOLVING OF ONLINE TRANSFERS APPLICATION SYSTEM BY HED

WITHDRAWAL OF ORDERS OF CONTRACT EMPLOYEES APPOINTED UNDER RULE 17-A BY LIVESTOCK DEPARTMENT KASUR

Additional Director Livestock, Kasur issued an order regarding withdrawal of orders of regularization of contract employees appointed under rule 17-A.
