UP-GRADATION OF THE POST OF ACCOUNTANTS OF THE PUNJAB BAIT-UL-MAAL

Government of the Punjab, Finance Department issued a notification regarding up-gradation of the post of Accountants of the Punjab Bait-ul-Maal.

Will the Section Officer (ESTT.), Government of the Punjab, SW&BM Department, kindly refer to his letter No.SO(E) 10-6/2008-P-IV, dated 16.12.2019, on the subject noted above?

Finance Department, in pursuance of the approval of the Competent Authority, i.e., Chief Minister, in relaxation of ban on up-gradation, conveys its concurrence to the up-gradation of the 31-posts of Accountants from BS-13 to BS-16 with effect from 01.02.2017 as personal to them which were upgraded by DGW&BM vide order No.DGSW/LO/DNMC/Up-Gradation/2571-2720, dated 01.12.2017, in Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal Department.

However, fresh recruitment against the post of Accountant would be made in BS-15 in terms of Finance Department's Notification No.FD.PC. 40-43/2017(B), dated 14.12.2018 after amendment in relevant service rules.

Audit copy may kindly be got authenticated from the Finance Department accordingly.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS
