EVOLVING OF ONLINE TRANSFERS APPLICATION SYSTEM BY HED

Government of the Punjab, Higher Education Department (HED) issued a letter regarding online transfers applications system and ban on transfers till 31.03.2020.

It is informed that the Competent Authority has been pleased to impose a complete ban on all categories of request-based transfers / postings of teaching staff of public sector colleges, forthwith till 31st March 2020, owing to the academic session 2019-2020 in progression. 


Moreover, the Higher Education Department has evolved an online system URL http://transfer.hed.punjab.gov.pk/ for submission of transfer requests which may be accessed from 1st April, 2020 for submission of transfer / posting requests, as per the following calendar:-

  • Online Application submission from 1st April to 30th April 2020
  • Application processing by the HED from 2nd May to 31st May 2020 
  • Issuance of Orders by the HED from 1st June to 15th June 2020 
For the facilitation of applicants, the User Manual shall also be available at the HED website from 1st April, 2020. 

Please note that no manual / hand written transfer/posting request shall be entertained by the department, in future

Therefore, you are requested to pass on necessary directions to all the field formations and the teaching staff to adopt the web based system as per the calendar given above, Any further instructions regarding transfer / posting process may be issued from time to time and shall be made available on the departmental website. 

Strict compliance of these instructions must be ensured, please.

CIVIL SERVANTS EFFICIENCY AND DISCIPLINE RULES 2020

  Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Secretariat (Establishment Division) made Civil Servants Efficiency and Discipline Rules, 2020.  Prime Minister approved to make the following rules:-  1.
