REGISTRATION OF APPLICANTS APPLYING UNDER SPECIAL CATEGORIES THROUGH ONLINE TRANSFER SYSTEM

Government of the Punjab, Higher Education Department issued a letter regarding registration of applicants applying under special categories through online transfer system w.e.f 01.04.2020.
I am directed to inform you that the MIS has developed an online transfer application system, which will be functional with effect from 1 April, 2020 as directions already have been issued to DPI(C), and all DECs and DDCs vide letter dated 26th January 2020.

For online transfer, all the applicants have to select a category from online web application e.g. General, Physical Disability, Widow, Divorced, wedlock, under which he/she want to get transfer. 

Furthermore, any employee falls in above said categories required to get register with HED database. So that a "Unique Number will be assigned to these employees for verification and authentication during the transfer process.

Hence therefore, Higher Education Department intends to gather all the above said data to register them and make them available while applying online for transfers.

The following documents will be required for each category:-

Physical Disability 

  • You are requested to collect an attested copy of certificate issued by the
Wedlock
In wedlock case, the following attested copies;


  • Provision of Nikah Nama issued by the NADRA 
  • Both side Departmental Service Proof 
  • Spouse CNIC
Widow
  • The Death certificate attested copy of the spouse issued by the NADRA.
Divorced
  • Family tree of certificate attested copy issued by the NADRA and no marriage certificate attested by gazetted officer.
Single of Spring
  • Family tree certificate attested copy issued by NADRA

So, in this regard, you are requested to collect duly attested/verified hard copies from applicants and save them at your own level and send us only information collected through Pro-forma (attached) with sign & seal of your concerned Division.

CIVIL SERVANTS EFFICIENCY AND DISCIPLINE RULES 2020

  Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Secretariat (Establishment Division) made Civil Servants Efficiency and Discipline Rules, 2020.  Prime Minister approved to make the following rules:-  1.
