REVISION OF ASSISTANCE PACKAGE FOR FAMILIES OF GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES WHO DIE IN SERVICE (FOR SHUHDA OF ICT POLICE)

Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Secretariat, Establishment Division issued a office memorandum revision of Assistance Package for families of Shuhda of ICT Police who embrace Martyrdom / Shahadat.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Division's O.M. No.7/40/2005-E-2, dated 13-06-2006, O.M. No.8/10/2013-E-2, dated 20-10-2014, O.M No.8/10/2013-E-2 dated 09-02-2015 and O.M No.8/10/2013 (E-II) (PT) dated 25-05-2015 including amendments thereof issued from time to time on the subject noted above and to state that the Prime Minister has been pleased to approve the following revised Assistance Package for Shuhda of ICT Police who embrace Martyrdom / Shahadat during Service w.e.f 11-07-2019:-

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
