PROPOSAL FOR IMPROVEMENT OF FIVE TIER SERVICE STRUCTURE OF NURSES

Government of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Finance Department (Regulation), Section Officer (FR) issued a letter regarding approval of provision of Five Tier Service Structure for Nurses working in Health Department. Detail:- I am directed to state that the competent authority has been pleased to approve Service Structure for Nurses Working in Health Department at the ratio of 0.2% for BPS-20, 4.8% for BPS-19, 15% for BPS-18, 30% for for BPS-17 and 50% for BPS-16 against the total of 6003 is as under:- (see the image of letter below) The administrative department will amend service rules accordingly.

RELAXATION OF BAN ON POSTING / TRANSFER OF TEACHERS IN THE SCHOOL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT

Government of the Punjab, School Education Department issued a notification regarding relaxation of ban on transfer / postings of the Teachers for disposal of pending transfer cases. Detail of Notification:- Chief Minister Punjab has been please to relax the  ban on transfers / postings of the teachers for disposal of pending transfer cases already  processed during April to May 31" under Transfer Policy, 2013 by the respective  Competent Authorities for different categories and grades in the School Education  Department (SED) till 21st November, 2018, according to the Transfer Policy, 2013. OFFICE TIMINGS DURING WINTER SEASON

Government of the Balochistan, Services & General ADMN Department issued a notification regarding office timings during winter season. The Government of Balochistan is pleased to notify for general information of all the Administrative Departments and their subordinate officers to observe the following office timings during the Winter Season on 05-days working weeks basis w.e.f. 15 th  October, 2018:- Monday to Thursday:-  08:30 AM to 04:00 PM (with half hour lunch / prayer break from 01:30 PM to 02:00 PM Friday:-   08:30 AM to 03:30 PM (with half hour lunch / Friday prayer break from 01:15 PM to 02:15 PM Saturday & Sunday:-  Closed The above decision will not be applicable on Hospitals and Educational Institutions i.e. Universities/Colleges/Schools. The attach offices of Health and Education Department will remain open on 06-working days basis from 08:00 AM to 02:30 PM and Friday From 08:30 AM to 12:30 PM.

CONSTITUTION OF COMMITTEE TO LOOK INTO THE GRIEVANCES OF EMPLOYEES

Chief Minister's Secretariat Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar issued a notification regarding constitution of committee to look into the grievances of the employees of Secretariat / Other Departments. NOTIFICATION REGARDING E-CHALLAN BY HEALTH DEPARTMENT

Government of the Punjab, Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department, Section Officer (General) issued a notification regarding payment of E-Challan in case of violation of traffic rules. Detail of Notification:- Electronic Traffic Violation Ticketing System has been started in Lahore. The  Competent Authority has been pleased to direct all the drivers / officers / officials  custodian of official vehicle to observe traffic rules in letter & spirit. Further pleased to direct that if the Department receives t he E-Challan of the official vehicle, the E-Challan will be paid by the officer / official /  driver concerned.

Detail of Notification:- It is informed that International Islamic University, Islamabad is a chartered university in public sector. The Higher Education Commission recognizes Master of Business Administration degree held by you from International Islamic University, Islamabad after 'BBA (Hons) / 16-year schooling' as equivalent to corresponding MS/M.Phil degree in the relevant field involving 18-year of schooling. It may also be noted that admission in a university for further education and determination of suitability in relation to job requirement rests with the concerned university and employing agency, respectively and this Commission has no role in such issues.

NOTIFICATION REGARDING EXTENSION IN THE DATE OF FILING OF INCOME TAX RETURNS 2018

Government of Pakistan Revenue Division, Federal Board of Revenue, Islamabad, Second Secretary, STM IR (Operations) issued a notification regarding in the date of filing of income tax returns / statements for tax year 2018. Detail of Notification:- In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 214A of the Income Tax  Ordinance, 2001, the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to extend the date of filing of  Income Tax Returns/Statements for the Tax Year 2018 as under: 1) The date for filing of Returns of Total Income Statement of final taxation which  were due on 31" August, 2018 and extended upto 30 September, 2018 is hereby  further extended to 30 November, 2018. 2) The date for filing of Income Tax Returns and Statements of final taxation which  were due on 30 September, 2018 for Companies. Individuals and Association of  Persons is hereby extended to 30 November, 2018.

NOTIFICATION REGARDING CLARIFICATION ABOUT INSPECTION ALLOWANCE OF ASSISTANT EDUCATION OFFICERS

PERMISSION OF TRANSFER OF DIVORCED, WIDOWS, DISABLED TEACHERS AND MUTUAL TRANSFERS

Government of the Punjab, School Education Department, Section Officer (SE-IV) issued a notification regarding transfer cases of divorced, widows, disabled teachers and mutual transfers under transfer policy 2013. Detail of Notification:- I am further directed to state that as per Transfer Policy 2013  (amendment) issued vide letter No SO(SE-IV) 2-34/2009(TR) dated 27 07 2016, the  clauses pertaining to transfer of divorced, widows, disabled and mutual transfer are  reproduced as under:- As one time dispensation during entire service, divorced and widow teachers may be transferred against vacancy during ban and before completing three years tenure in the present school. NOTIFICATION REGARDING DISMISSAL AND STOPPAGE OF HOUSE REQUISITION OF ALL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES OF FEDERAL AND PROVINCIAL ACCOMMODATION

Government of Pakistan,  Ministry of Finance (Finance Division), Islamabad, Joint Secretary Finance issued a notification regarding stoppage and dismissal of house requisition of all government employees of Federal and Provincial Accommodation . Detail of Notification:- The Government of Pakistan has decided to Dismiss the Order of Previous Governments  which is against House Requisition Allowance has been stopped. All instructions were issued by  the Prime Minister's Office during the Office Hours. The Allowance of Federal Provincial Governments employees are not accommodating  for the HRA, All Offices of AGPR, Islamabad and Regional Offices of Provincial have follow the  Orders of Prime Minister's Order as soon as possible. OBSERVANCE OF OPEN DOOR POLICY FOR ALL PUBLIC OFFICES

Government of the Punjab, Services & General Administration Department (Cabinet Wing), Deputy Secretary (Cabinet) issued a letter regarding observance of open door policy of all public offices for public dealing and complaint redressal. Detail of Letter:- I am directed to refer to the subject cited above and to inform that, the  competent authority has directed that all public office holders must observe open door policy  of the Government of the Punjab. They are directed to remain accessible to general public  during office hours and in addition to it, fix at least two hours designated time between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon for public dealing and complaint redressal. It has also been desired that  meeting or field visits must not be scheduled in this time bracket. I am, therefore, directed to request you that all the offices under your administrative control must ensure implementation of above policy in letter and spirit.

NOTIFICATION REGARDING CONDUCT OF AWARENESS SESSION REGARDING SMOG IN SCHOOLS

Government of the Punjab, School Education Department, Director Monitoring issued a notification regarding conduct of awareness session regarding SMOG in schools for preventive measures to be taken during SMOG. Government of the Punjab, Services & General Administration Department (Cabinet Wing), Deputy Secretary (Cabinet) issued a letter regarding fake calls by using the name of Chief Minster, Punjab. Detail of Letter:- I am directed to inform that reportedly,  name of the Chief Minister, Punjab is being misused in different offices of Punjab by fake  telephone calls. All departments offices are directed to verify and confirm the authenticity  of telephonic directions from the Chief Minister's Office before compliance of any sort.
