INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING FORWARDING CASES FOR SEEKING FINAL RENT CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE OCCUPYING GOVERNMENT RESIDENCES

Government of the Punjab, School Education Department issued a notification about instructions regarding forwarding cases of officials / officers for seeking final rent clearance certificate occupying government residences and no demand certificates do  no occupying government residences on retirement.


Detail of Notification:-

I am directed refer to the subject noted above and to enclose herewith a copy of letter NO.SO(W-IV)MISC/2018-1166 dated 05.09.2013 received from the Section Officer (W-IV) S&GAD along with two Circulars (A&B) consisting instructions for sealing Final Rent Clearance Certificate by the officers / officials occupying Govt. residences and No Demand Certificate seeking by those who do not occupy Govt. residences at the time of their retirement with the request that complete applications in all respect as per instructions A & B whichever is applicable may be forwarded to the Section Officer (W-IV) for seeking Final Rent Clearance Certificate / No Demand Certificate.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
