IMPERSONATION AND FAKE CALLS BY USING THE NAME OF CHIEF MINISTER

Government of the Punjab, Services & General Administration Department (Cabinet Wing), Deputy Secretary (Cabinet) issued a letter regarding fake calls by using the name of Chief Minster, Punjab.
Detail of Letter:-

I am directed to inform that reportedly, name of the Chief Minister, Punjab is being misused in different offices of Punjab by fake telephone calls. All departments offices are directed to verify and confirm the authenticity of telephonic directions from the Chief Minister's Office before compliance of any sort.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
