CONSTITUTION OF COMMITTEE TO LOOK INTO THE GRIEVANCES OF EMPLOYEES

Chief Minister's Secretariat Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar issued a notification regarding constitution of committee to look into the grievances of the employees of Secretariat / Other Departments.


The Honorable Chief Minister, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has been pleased to constitute the following committee of the Cabinet Ministers and Provincial Secretaries with TORs as mentioned below:

TORs:-
  • The look into the grievances of the employees of Secretariat/other Departments arising due to regularization of the project employees in various cadres and grades under the Project Employees Regularization Act, 2018 leading to deprivation of regular employees from due right of promotion.
  • The Committee will also look into the demand of the employees for excite allowance.
  • Any other issue which the committee deem appropriate to be highlighted.
The Chief Minister, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has desired that the committee may submit its report within a week time.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
