PERMISSION OF TRANSFER OF DIVORCED, WIDOWS, DISABLED TEACHERS AND MUTUAL TRANSFERS

Government of the Punjab, School Education Department, Section Officer (SE-IV) issued a notification regarding transfer cases of divorced, widows, disabled teachers and mutual transfers under transfer policy 2013.
Detail of Notification:-

I am further directed to state that as per Transfer Policy 2013 (amendment) issued vide letter No SO(SE-IV) 2-34/2009(TR) dated 27 07 2016, the clauses pertaining to transfer of divorced, widows, disabled and mutual transfer are reproduced as under:-

  1. As one time dispensation during entire service, divorced and widow teachers may be transferred against vacancy during ban and before completing three years tenure in the present school.
  2. Transfer of disabled teachers may be allowed against vacancy during ban on transfer posting before completing three years tenure subject to recommendation of a Medical Board indicating that the disability of the teacher hinders his/her mobility. Furthermore, posting transfer due to any other ailment which also hinders the mobility of teacher (verified by Medical Board) must also be allowed during ban.
  3. Mutual transfer of teacher Educators may be allowed in the same discipline subject/post/scale during ban on transfer/posting.
Competent Authority has been pleased to direct that transfer cases of above mentioned categories may be considered, processed and decided disposed of strictly as per criteria laid down in Transfer Policy 2013 (Amended).

CIVIL SERVANTS EFFICIENCY AND DISCIPLINE RULES 2020

  Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Secretariat (Establishment Division) made Civil Servants Efficiency and Discipline Rules, 2020.  Prime Minister approved to make the following rules:-  1. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
