DECISION OF SECRETARY SCHOOL EDUCATION IN RESPONSE TO A WRIT PETITION LODGED BY A SENIOR HEADMASTER REGARDING ISSUANCE OF NOC FOR ADMISSION FOR ACQUIRING EDUCATION

Directorate of Public Instruction (Colleges), Punjab issued a letter regarding Implementation of SOPs in all Public Colleges of the Punjab. Since the public colleges have reopened after summer vacation, it is therefore, directed to ensure implementation of the following SOPs in all Public (Male Female & Commerce) colleges of the Punjab; Attendance and presence of college staÅ‚f DURING THE COLLEGE DUTY HOURS i.e. 8:00  AM TO 2:00 PM. Commencement of classes as per approved timetable. Commencement of practical classes daily as per approved timetable. Commencement of Zero period in all colleges. GRANT OF ADHOC RELIEF ALLOWANCE (ARA) 2018 @10% AND 2019 @5% OF BASIC PAY TO MANAGEMENT GRADES OFFICERS (M-I, M-II, M-III)

Government of Pakistan, Finance Division (Regulations Wing) issued Office Memorandum regarding Grant of ARA-2018 @10% and ARA-2019 @5% of Basic Pay to the Management Grades (M-I, M-II, M-III). Government of Pakistan, Finance Division (Regulations Wing) issued Office Memorandum regarding Grant of Adhoc Relief Allowance 2019 of Basic Pay to the Executive / Supervisory Staff of Autonomous / Semi Autonomous Bodies, Corporations etc. The undersigned is directed to refer to the subject noted above and to state that consequent upon grant of Adhoc Relief Allowance-2019 @10% of basic pay to the civil servants in BPS 1-16 AND @5% of basic pay to the civil servants in BPS 17-20 w.e.f. 01-07-2019 vide Finance Division's O.M. CLARIFICATION REGARDING UP-GRADATION OF POSTS OF COMPUTER PERSONNEL OF PUNJAB EMERGENCY SERVICE PUNJAB RESCUE 1122

Government of the Punjab, Finance Department issued notification regarding up-gradation of posts of Computer Personnel. The case has been examined. It is observed that the Director General, Punjab Emergency Service (Rescue 1122) has upgraded 111 posts of Computer Personnel from BS-11 to BS-15 with revised designation as "Computer Operator vide Order bearing No.322/2019(PES) dated 25.02.2019 issued by Director General, PES (Rescue 1122) on the basis of the possessed qualification by the incumbents taking into consideration the circular letter bearing No.FD.PC.40-43/2017(E) dated 14.12.2018 issued by Finance Department. SANCTION OF WEATHER CHARGES @5% TO THE CIVIL EMPLOYEES FROM BS 1-5

Government of Gilgit Baltistan, Finance Department issued an Office Memorandum regarding Grant of Increase in Weather Charges @5% to the Civil Employees from BS 1-5. The Government of Gilgit Baltistan (GB) has been pleased to sanction an increase @5% per annum in  GB Weather Charges to the Civil Employees of Gilgit Baltistan in BS 1-5 including the Contingent Paid Employees w.e.f 1st July, 2019.

PROFIT RATE PER ANNUM ON STATE PROVIDENT FUND / GENERAL PROVIDENT FUND

Government of the Punjab, Finance Department issued letter regarding Rate of Markup on State Provident Fund i.e. General Provident Fund for the Fiscal Year 2018-19. I am directed to refer to this department's letter of even number dated August 07, 2018 on the subject cited above and to state that it has been decided that 14.35% profit rate per annum will apply during the financial year 2018-2019 to the State Provident Fund i.e. General Provident Fund. This rate, however, would not apply in the case of subscribers who are entitled, under the rules of a particular fund, to different rate of interest.

UP-GRADATION OF POSTS OF NURSING CADRE STAFF IN HEALTH DEPARTMENT

DISCONTINUATION OF CIVIL SECRETARIAT ALLOWANCE, CHIEF MINISTER'S OFFICE ALLOWANCE, GOVERNOR;S SECRETARIAT / HOUSE ALLOWANCE

Government of the Punjab, Finance Department issued a notification regarding Discontinuation of Civil Secretariat Allowance, Chief Minister's Office Allowance, Governor's Secretariat / House Allowance for Those Officers Who are Entitled for Grant of the Executive Allowance. NO.FD.PR.12-7/2018. In continuation of this Department's letters No.FD.PR 2-1/2009 dated 26.05.2018 and FD.PR.12-4/2015 dated 15.02.2018 as well as in pursuance of Cabinet decision and under the provisions of Section 23 of Punjab Civil Servants Act, 1974, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to discontinue grant of Civil Secretariat Allowance @ 50% of Basic Pay.
