SOPs FOR PUBLIC COLLEGES OF PUNJAB

Directorate of Public Instruction (Colleges), Punjab issued a letter regarding Implementation of SOPs in all Public Colleges of the Punjab.
  • Since the public colleges have reopened after summer vacation, it is therefore, directed to ensure implementation of the following SOPs in all Public (Male Female & Commerce) colleges of the Punjab;
  1. Attendance and presence of college stałf DURING THE COLLEGE DUTY HOURS i.e. 8:00 AM TO 2:00 PM.
  2. Commencement of classes as per approved timetable.
  3. Commencement of practical classes daily as per approved timetable.
  4. Commencement of Zero period in all colleges.
  5. Cleanliness of college campus (removal of debris, cutting of grass, removal of rain water from low areas, etc.)
  6. Holding of anti dengue activities.
  7. Observance of security measures in all colleges.
  • The Principals of the colleges are directed to ensure fulfillment of above mentioned SOPs in true letter and spirit. The Directors and Deputy Directors (Colleges) are directed to check fulfillment of these SOPs in the colleges during their visits.
  • A strict action shall be taken against those who failed to comply with the instructions in true letter and spirit.

POLICY FRAMEWORK FOR WORK CHARGED EMPLOYEES, DAILY WAGERS AND CONTINGENT PAID STAFF

CIVIL SERVANTS EFFICIENCY AND DISCIPLINE RULES 2020

  Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Secretariat (Establishment Division) made Civil Servants Efficiency and Discipline Rules, 2020.  Prime Minister approved to make the following rules:-  1.
