REGULARIZATION OF TEACHERS APPOINTED THROUGH PPSC

Government of the Punjab, School Education Department issued a letter regarding Provision of Data of Teachers Appointed Through PPSC for Regularization.

  • I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to request you to provide subject wise data of Male & Female teachers (BS-17 & BS-18) appointed on contract basis, through Punjab Public Service Commission on enclosed specific proforma, whose three years period of continues service has completed.
  • This may be treated on top priority as discussed in meeting with Deputy Secretary (SE) on 26.07.2019.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
