REVISED TIMELINES FOR E-TRANSFER FOR DISPOSAL, SURRENDER AND PROMOTION ADJUSTMENT LEFTOVER CASES

Government of the Punjab, School Education Department (Monitoring Wing) issued letter regarding Revised Timelines for E-Transfer for Surrender and Promotion Adjustment Leftover Cases. ADMISSIBILITY OF CASH MEDICAL ALLOWANCE TO THE EMPLOYEES OF PEPCO POSTED IN FAR FLUNG AREA

Islamabad Electric Supply Company Limited issued an office order regarding Admissibility of Cash Medical Allowance to the employees BPS-1 to 20 posted in Far Flung Areas. AMENDMENT IN THE BALOCHISTAN CIVIL SERVANTS PROMOTION POLICY 2012

Government of Balochistan, Services and General Administration Department, (Regulations Section-I) issued a circular regarding 7th Amendments in the Balochistan Civil Servants Promotion Policy-2012. The Government of Balochistan is pleased to make the following amendment in sub-para (g) of para 10 of the Balochistan Civil Servant's Promotion Policy, 2012:- (g) Exemption: The exemption from mandatory trainings of MCMC, SMC and NMC is hereby allowed with immediate effect only in respect of the officers who attained the age of 58 years and complete all other prerequisites prescribed in the Balochistan Civil Servants Promotion Policy-2012 / relevant Service Rules, for their promotion to the higher grades. CLARIFICATION ON EXERCISING PREMATURE RETIREMENT

Government of Pakistan, Finance Division (Regulation Wing) issued an office memorandum regarding Clarification on Exercising 2nd Option of Premature Retirement Before Attaining the Age of Superannuation. The undersigned is directed to refer to Military Accountant General's letter  No.1086/AN/713-84 dated 28-10-2019 on the above subject and to clarify that in the light of Finance Division O. Ms. No.F.1(1)R-4/2007 (Vol.II) dated 17-11-2011 and No. F.1(1)RA/2007 (Vol.II) (PL) dated 06-10-2015, 2nd option of premature retirement is not allowed once Government Servant has already withdrawn his 1" option of premature retirement, however, he may exercise the option for encashment / LPR on attaining the age of superannuation as a fresh case.

UP-GRADATION OF UDCs AND LDCs TO BPS-14 AND BPS-11

Government of Pakistan, Finance Division (Regulation Wing) issued a notification regarding up-gradation of UDCs and LDCs. As per guidance for Government of Pakistan, Finance Division (Regulation Wing) vide letter No.F.No.1(2)R-I/2019/364 dated 4th September, 2019 and approval of University Syndicate in its 34th meeting held on 23rd and 24th October, 2018 endorsed by KIU Senate in its 15th meeting held on 17th December, 2018 the positions of UDCs and LDCs are hereby upgraded to BPS-14 and BPS-11 respectively with effect from 17th December, 2018.

SIGNING OF THE PETITION REGARDING HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS IN THE INDIAN OCCUPIED JAMMU & KASHMIR

Government of the Punjab, Services & General Administration Department (Implementation & Coordination Wing) issued a letter regarding Observance of Black Day on 27th October 2019 Million Signature Campaign Petition. I am directed to refer to this office's letter of even number dated 08.11.2019 on the subject cited above, wherein decision of the Kashmir Committee regarding Million Signature Petition was communicated. According to this campaign, the Million Signature Petition on Kashmir is to be presented to UNHCR on December 10th, 2019, which is Internationally observed as Human Rights Day. The Field Formations were requested to widely propagate the website (www.kashmircommittee.punjab.gov.pk) and persuade the general masses to sign the petition. I am further directed to state that activity on the said website, so far, indicates that the campaign has not picked up momentum as yet.
