REVISED TIMELINES FOR E-TRANSFER FOR DISPOSAL, SURRENDER AND PROMOTION ADJUSTMENT LEFTOVER CASES

Government of the Punjab, School Education Department (Monitoring Wing) issued letter regarding Revised Timelines for E-Transfer for Surrender and Promotion Adjustment Leftover Cases.

It is to inform you that as per approval by the competent authority, online transfers for disposal, surrender and promotion adjustment leftover cases are being opened w.e.f. 30th December, 2019. 


The following timelines shall be observed by the Chief Executive Officers, District Education Authorities (DEA), Punjab during the exercise of transfer:


  • 26/Dec, Thur to 29/Dec, Sun Provision of signed PDFs' regarding post verification etc. 
  • 30/Dec, Mon  to 08/Jan, Wed Receiving of online applications 
  • 09/Jan, Thur to 10/Jan, Fri Preparation of List-1 
  • 11/Jan, Sat to 11/Jan, Sat List-I will be made available by PITB 
  • 11/Jan, Sat to 15/Jan, Wed Verification by CEOs (DEAs) 
  • 16/Jan, Thur to 19/Jan, Sun Preparation of List-2 
  • 20/Jan, Mon to 20/Jan, Mon List-2 availability by PITB 
  • 21/Jan, Tues to 24/Jan, Fri Verification by CEOs (DEAs) 
  • 25/Jan, Sat to 26/Jan, Sun Submission of signed documents to Dy.Director (Monitoring) by CEO (DEA) NOTE: All CEOs (DEAs) are required to download PDF file and furnish the same after signature without any remarks. All orders through SIS shall be issued on the basis of online status of applicants. 
  • 27/Jan, Mon to 30/Jan, Thur Order preparation by PITB 
  • 31/Jan, Fri to 31/Jan, Fri Orders will be made available by PITB 
The above timelines may be complied with in true letter and spirit.

POLICY FRAMEWORK FOR WORK CHARGED EMPLOYEES, DAILY WAGERS AND CONTINGENT PAID STAFF

CIVIL SERVANTS EFFICIENCY AND DISCIPLINE RULES 2020

  Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Secretariat (Establishment Division) made Civil Servants Efficiency and Discipline Rules, 2020.  Prime Minister approved to make the following rules:-  1.
