Government of Sindh, Services, General Administration & Coordination Department issued a notification regarding Method and Rules of Recruitment of Sup-Inspector and Inspector.
No.SOIII(SGA&CD)Pol-7-44/2017: In pursuance of sub-rule (2) of rule 3 of the Sindh Civil Servants (Appointment Promotion and Transfer) Rules, 1974, with the approval of Competent Authority, in partial modification of the Notification No.SO(ADMN)18-5/86-87 dated 18th April, 1993, and in consultation with the Regulation Wing of the Services, General Administration and Coordination Department, Government of Sindh, the method, qualification and other conditions for appointment in respect of posts in the Enquiries & Anti-Corruption Establishment, Sindh, Services, General Administration and Coordination Department, Government of Sindh, mentioned in column - 2 of the table below, shall be as laid down in columns 3,4 & 5, thereof;

- Inspector (BPS-16)
- Forty percent by initial recruitment through Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC).
- Master Degree atleast in Second Division and Law Graduate (LLB) from a recognized university by Higher Education Commission or Law Graduate atleast in Second Division from a recognized university by Higher Education Commission and having two (02) years experience with Senior Advocate(s).
- Chest Minimum 33" X 34 1/2
- Height Minimum 5'5"
- Sixty percent by promotion from amongst the Sub-Inspectors (BS-14) having minimum of (05) years service as such on seniority cum-fitness
- Sub-Inspector
- Forty percent by initial appointment and
- Law Graduate atleast Second Division from a recognized university
- Chest Minimum 33" X 34 1/2
- Height Minimum 5'5" )
- Sixty percent by promotion from amongst the Assistant Sub-Inspectors (BS-09), having minimum three (03) years service as such and having passed the Intermediate Course from Police Training School, on seniority-cumfitness basis.
