SCHOOL TIMINGS NOTIFICATION IN PAKPATTAN DISTRICT WITH EFFECT FROM 24.05.2021

 Chief Executive Officer (CEO), District Education Authority (DEA), Pakpattan issued notification regarding school timings with effect from 24.05.2021 for 04 days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).


SCHOOL TIMINGS NOTIFICATION IN PAKPATTAN DISTRICT WITH EFFECT FROM 24.05.2021
In pursuance of the directions issued by Govt. of the Punjab, School Education Department, Lahore vide Notification No. SO (A-1)-31/2008 dated 20.05.2021, All Public & Private Educational Institutions / Schools of District Pakpattan re-opened w.e.f 24.05.2021, for 04 days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) in a week staggering 02 days attendance of each child, by strictly observing / following the SOPs of COVID-19 issued time to time. 


The School's timings are as under:-

SINGLE SHIFT SCHOOL: 

  • 07:30 AM to 01:00 PM for Male Schools
  • 07:15 AM to 12:45 PM for Female Schools 

DOUBLE SHIFT SCHOOLS: 

Morning Shift

  • 07:00 AM to 12:30 PM for Male Schools
  • 07:00 AM to 12:30 PM for Female Schools

Evening Shift

  • 12:30 PM 05:00 PM for Male Schools
  • 12:30 PM 05:00 PM for Female Schools
Note:- The school timings for Pre-Nursery and Nursery will be from 08:00 AM Note: to 11:00 AM

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
