PROMOTION ORDER OF ASSISTANTS TO THE RANK OF SUPERINTENDENT IN EDUCATION DEPARTMENT

 Government of the Punjab, School Education Department issued an order regarding promotion of Assistants / Head Clerks to the rank of Superintendent in BS-17.


        Consequent upon the approval of the recommendations of Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) made in its meeting held on 15.04.2021 by the Competent Authority the following Assistants / Head Clerks / Senior Scale Stenographers (BS-16) are hereby promoted to the rank of Superintendent (BS-17) on regular basis, with immediate effect. 

         Upon promotion, they are posted / adjusted against vacant posts mentioned against their names:-

  1. Mr. Khalid Mehmood Anjum, Assistant o/o DEO (W-EE) Attock as Superintendent (BS-17) on regular basis in his cadre and posted / adjusted in the o/o DEO (W-EE), Attock against vacant post. 
  2. Mr. Sajjad Ahmad, Assistant, o/o Comprehensive School Gujrat as Superintendent (BS-17) on regular basis in his cadre and posted / adjusted in the o/o DEO (W-EE) Gujrat against vacant post. 
  3. Mr. Muhammad Ihtsham-ul-Haq, Assistant, o/o DEO (SE) Gujrat as Superintendent (BS-17) on regular basis in his cadre and posted / adjusted in the o/o DEO (SE), Gujrat against vacant post 
  4. Mr. Abdus Salam, Assistant o/o DEO (M-EE) Narowal as Superintendent (BS-17) on regular basis in his cadre and posted / adjusted in the o/o CEO(DEA), Narowal against vacant post. 
  5. Mr. Khadim Hussain, Assistant, o/o CEO (DEA) Hafizabad as Superintendent (BS-17) on regular basis in his cadre and posted / adjusted in the o/o DEO (M-EE). Hafizabad against vacant post 
  6. Mr. Abdul Rauf Pitafi, Assistant o/o CEO (DEA) D.G Khan as Superintendent (BS-17) on regular basis in his cadre and posted/adjusted in the o/o DEO (SE), D.G. Khan against vacant post
  7. Mr. Muhammad Essa, Assistant, o/o CEO (DEA) Khushab as Superintendent (BS-17) on regular basis in his cadre and posted/adjusted in the o/o DEO (SE) Khushab against vacant post. 
  8. Mr. Shoukat Ali, Assistant, o/o Dy.DEO (M-EE) Tehsil Noorpur, District Khushab as Superintendent (BS-17) on regular basis in his cadre and posted/adjusted in the o/o DEO (M-EE), Khushab against vacant post. 
  9. Mr. Zahid Gohar, Assistant o/o CEO(DEA), Pakpattan as Superintendent (BS-17) on regular basis in his cadre and posted/adjusted in the o/o DEO (M-EE) Pakpattan against vacant post. 
  10. Mr. Muhammad Boota Assistant, o/o Deputy DEO (W-EE) Tehsil Sambrial District Sialkot as Superintendent (BS-17) on regular basis in his cadre and posted/adjusted in the o/o Sambrial DEO (SE), Sialkot against vacant post.
  11. Mr. Khalid Mahmood, Senior Scale Stenographer o/o Divisional Director (EE), Sahiwal Division Sahiwal as Superintendent (BS-17) on regular basis in his cadre and posted/adjusted in the o/o DEO (SE) Sahiwal against vacant post. 
  12. Mr. Arif Ali Bhatti, Assistant, o/o DEO (M-EE) Sahiwal as Superintendent (BS-17) on regular basis in his cadre w.e.f 05-05-2021 one day prior to his superannuation retirement i.e. 06-05-2021 (vide No SORII(S&GAD) 118/2002, dated 17-09-2012) and posted / adjusted in the o/o CEO(DEA), Sahiwal against vacant post.

TIME SCALE UP-GRADATION TO NEXT HIGHER SCALE OF OFFICERS OF PITC

  Managing Director, Pakistan Electric Power Company (PVT.) Limited (PEPCO) issued an office order regarding time scale upgradation of officers of PITC from BPS-19 to BPS-20. GRANT OF ADDITIONAL CHARGE ALLOWANCE

Government of the Punjab, Finance Department issued clarification regarding grant of additional charge allowance. I am directed to refer to this Department's circular letter No.FD.SRII.2-38/70, dated 17.03.1988, on the subject cited above and state that following questions have arisen about the subject matter: Whether additional charge allowance for more than one posts can be granted to the same officer? Whether additional charge allowance against a post lower in status than the incumbent post-of the officer, holding the charge, can be allowed?  The case has been examined in the Finance Department.
