NOTIFICATION REGARDING GRANT OF EXECUTIVE ALLOWANCE TO ALL OFFICERS WORKING ON THE CADRE STRENGTH OF S&GAD

  Grant of Executive Allowance @1.5 times of the monthly basic pay to officers posted by Services and General Administration Department (S&GAD) against duly notified cadre strength in the light of the notification No.SI.2-2/2021 dated 11.02.2021 & order No.SO(AMIN-II)8-14/2017 dated 22.02.2021 issued by S&GAD (to be updated from time to time) w.e.f:- i. REVISION OF DATE FOR COUNTERSIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instructions (EE), Punjab, Lahore issued a substituted letter bearing same number and date regarding countersignature on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS). Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) to update in HRMIS.  The matter has seriously been viewed. Government of Pakistan, Federal Directorate of Education issued a circular regarding corporal punishment to children by teachers in educational institutions. C onsequent upon a number of complaints registered in Federal Directorate of Education (FDE), Islamabad reporting specific instances of award of "Corporal Punishment to children by the teaching staff / Head teachers in the educational institutions, this Directorate re-iterates the earlier instructions conveyed for protection of children against corporal punishment guaranteed as fundamental rights in the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. SCHOOL TIMINGS NOTIFICATION IN PAKPATTAN DISTRICT WITH EFFECT FROM 24.05.2021

  Chief Executive Officer (CEO), District Education Authority (DEA), Pakpattan issued notification regarding school timings with effect from 24.05.2021 for 04 days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). PERMISSION TO PPSC TO CONDUCT EXAMINATION FOR VARIOUS POSITIONS WITH LIMITED CANDIDATES

  Government of the Punjab, Primary and Secondary Healthcare Department grant permission to Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) to conduct written examinations against pending requisitions received from various government departments subject to strict adherence of SOPs / guidelines to prevent Covid-19 spread.

PROPER UTILIZATION OF SERVICES OF IT / COMPUTER LAB IN-CHARGE IN SCHOOLS

  Government of the Punjab, School Education Department issued instructions regarding proper utilization of services of In-Charge of IT / Computer Lab as per their job description.  IT / Computer Lab In-Charges approached the department with complaints that the Heads of Institutions assigned them irrelevant duties than their job description. Their job description is to maintain computer laboratory to teach and assist in imparting Computer Education to students and to facilitate in practical work regarding Computer Education to students.  In view of the above, it is directed that all the Heads of Institutions may be conveyed to assign duties to the IT / Computer Lab In-Charge as per their job description.

CIVIL SERVANTS EFFICIENCY AND DISCIPLINE RULES 2020

  Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Secretariat (Establishment Division) made Civil Servants Efficiency and Discipline Rules, 2020.  Prime Minister approved to make the following rules:-  1.
