NOTIFICATION REGARDING SCHOOL TIMINGS RAMZAN IN HAFIZABAD

 Chief Executive Officer, District Education Authority, Hafizabad issued a notification regarding school timings during holy month of Ramzan.


Boys Schools 

  • Monday to Thursday & Saturday from 07:30am to 12:00pm without break. 
  • Friday from 07:30am to 11:30am without break


Girls Schools

  • Monday to Thursday & Saturday from 07:15am to 11:45am without break. 
  • Friday from 07:30am to 11:30am without break


Insaaf Afternoon Schools (Boys) 

  • Monday to Thursday & Saturday:- 1st Shift 07:00am to 11:30am without break 2nd Shift 12:00pm to 04:30pm without break.
  • Friday from 02:00pm to 06:00pm without break


Insaaf Afternoon Schools (Girls) 

  • Monday to Thursday & Saturday:- 1st Shift 07:00am to 11:30am without break 2nd Shift 12:00pm to 04:30pm without break.
  • Friday from 02:00pm to 06:00pm without break


For Nursery Classes

  • All 6 days from 08:00am to 10:00am

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
