NOTIFICATION REGARDING STARTING OF ELEMENTARY AND PRIMARY CLASSES IN SCHOOLS

 Government of the Punjab, School Education Department issued a notification regarding start of Elementary and Primary Classes in all Educational Institutions.


In partial modification of this department's Notification of Even No. dated 05.01.2021, following amendment is hereby made subject to prevailing conditions of Covid-19:-

Existing:- Primary & Elementary Classes in all Primary & Elementary Classes in all Public, Private Schools, Madaris, Autonomous and Special Institutions Autonomous under the control of School Education Department shall start w.e.f 25th January, 2021. 


Amended:- Primary & Elementary Classes in all Primary & Elementary Classes in all Public, Private Schools, Madaris, Autonomous and Special Institutions Autonomous under the control of School Education Department shall start w.e.f 1st February, 2021.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
