ENHANCED RATES OF MARRIAGE GRANT AND DEATH GRANT

Deputy Director (ADMIN), Punjab Workers Welfare Fund issued a notification regarding increased rates of Marriage and Death Grants.


The decision of the Governing Body of Punjab Workers Welfare Fund, Lahore in its 2nd meeting held on 04.11.2020 accorded its approval for adoption of the enhanced rates of Marriage Grant & Death Grant as approved by the Workers Welfare Fund, Islamabad in its 145th meeting held on 17.08.2020 w.e.f 17.08.2020. 

Marriage Grant

  • Old Rate Rs. 100,000/- Revised Rate Rs.200,000/- 
Death Grant
  • Old Rate Rs.500,000/- Revised Rate Rs.600,000/-

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
