GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL CELL REGARDING TRANSFER OF TEACHERS

Government of the Punjab, School Education Department issued a notification regarding nomination of Incharge of grievance redressal cell regarding transfer phase of teachers.


Rana Abdul Qayyum, Director (Admn), Directorate of Public Instruction (SE), Punjab Lahore is hereby nominated Incharge Grievance Redressal Cell regarding transfer phase to cater for understaffed schools (red schools) from overstaffed schools (orange schools) through SIS. TORS

  1. He will take over all the grievances / applications submitted by the teachers in writing or online and will compile data. 
  2. He will analyse their grievances and suggest way outs for individuals as well as collective measures. 
  3. He will submit the recommendations to the admin department alongwith proposed actions to address the issues. 
  4. He will co-opt any two members for this cell.

TIME SCALE UP-GRADATION TO NEXT HIGHER SCALE OF OFFICERS OF PITC

  Managing Director, Pakistan Electric Power Company (PVT.) Limited (PEPCO) issued an office order regarding time scale upgradation of officers of PITC from BPS-19 to BPS-20. GRANT OF ADDITIONAL CHARGE ALLOWANCE

Government of the Punjab, Finance Department issued clarification regarding grant of additional charge allowance. I am directed to refer to this Department's circular letter No.FD.SRII.2-38/70, dated 17.03.1988, on the subject cited above and state that following questions have arisen about the subject matter: Whether additional charge allowance for more than one posts can be granted to the same officer? Whether additional charge allowance against a post lower in status than the incumbent post-of the officer, holding the charge, can be allowed?  The case has been examined in the Finance Department.
