REGISTERING AUTHORITY FOR PRIVATELY MANAGED EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS HAFIZABAD

Chief Executive Officer, District Education Authority, Hafizabad issued a Notification regarding Constitution of a Committee / Registering Authority for Privately Managed Education Institutions.

  • Consequent upon the approval of Deputy Commissioner / Administrator (District Education Authority), Hafizabad and on the direction issued by the Secretary, School Education Department, Government of the Punjab, Lahore vide No. SO(A-1)8-2/2012(A)(P-1) dated 11.09.2019, a committee comprising the following is hereby notified to act as Registering Authority for Privately Managed Educational Institutions as:-
  • Deputy Commissioner / Administrator (DEA) Chairman
  • Chief Executive Officer (DEA), Hafizabad Member / Secretary
  • District Monitoring Officer Member
  • Attiq-ul-Rahman S/O Muhammad Mazhar Ali Private Member
  • Muhammad Anwar S/O Muhammad Nawaz Private School Member

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
