DIVISIONAL LEVEL ART COMPETITION

Government of the Punjab, Information & Culture Department, Gujranwala Art Council issued a letter regarding SOPs / TORs for Divisional Level Art Competition.
  • Divisional level Art Competition will be arranged on 24th September, 2019 at 10:00 am in the Art Gallery / Auditorium of this office situated in Commissioner Office Complex, Gujranwala.
  • SOPs / TORs for Divisional Level Art Competition are as under:
  • Only 1 position from each category of each district can participate. 
  • Concerned CEOs (Education) will submit the list of participants to Gujranwala Arts Council till 22 September, 2019.
  • Art material will be arranged by CEOs Education of respective district / students. 
  • Competition will be conducted in three categories among boys & girls of Primary, Middle and High school students (combined boys & girls) 
  • The size of painting should be 24 x 18 inches.
  • Only Canvas, card paper, box board sheet and scholar sheet can be used for paintings. 
  • The theme and medium shall be followed as provided by the Punjab Council of the Arts, Lahore.
  • Respective Chief Executive Officers (Education) will award prizes to the position holders at division level. 
  • Gujranwala Arts Council will award certificates to the participants and position holders of Divisional Competition.
  • The decision of Judges will be final and cannot be challenged.

TIME SCALE UP-GRADATION TO NEXT HIGHER SCALE OF OFFICERS OF PITC

  Managing Director, Pakistan Electric Power Company (PVT.) Limited (PEPCO) issued an office order regarding time scale upgradation of officers of PITC from BPS-19 to BPS-20. GRANT OF ADDITIONAL CHARGE ALLOWANCE

Government of the Punjab, Finance Department issued clarification regarding grant of additional charge allowance. I am directed to refer to this Department's circular letter No.FD.SRII.2-38/70, dated 17.03.1988, on the subject cited above and state that following questions have arisen about the subject matter: Whether additional charge allowance for more than one posts can be granted to the same officer? Whether additional charge allowance against a post lower in status than the incumbent post-of the officer, holding the charge, can be allowed?  The case has been examined in the Finance Department.
