CLARIFICATION REGARDING GRANT OF EXECUTIVE ALLOWANCE

Government of the Punjab, Finance Department issued Clarification Regarding Grant of Executive Allowance to all Officers Working on the Cadre Strength / List of Posts Duly Notified by Services & General Administration Department.

  • To clarify that in case an officer is posted upon a post, which is enlisted for grant of Executive Allowance, but the incumbent carries lower scale or higher scale, as the case may be, then the said officer is entitled for grant of the Executive Allowance @ 1.5 times of monthly basic pay of the scale in which he is drawing his pay.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
