CANCELLATION OF TEMPORARILY ADJUSTMENT ORDERS OF TEACHERS IN DISTRICT RAJANPUR

Chief Executive Officer, District Education Authority, Rajanpur issued an order regarding withdrawal / cancellation of temporarily adjustments orders in favour of teachers.

  • All kinds of temporarily adjustment orders in favour of Teachers (all categories), AEOs & officials issued by this office are hereby cancelled / withdrawn due to online attendance on School Information System (SIS) as their attendance will be marked at their original place of postings. All Teachers, AEOs & officials concerned are hereby directed to make sure their presence at their original place of postings without any delay. In case of non-compliance they will be held personally responsible for all the consequences.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
