BAN ON DEPUTATION AND EXTRA ORDINARY LEAVE

Government of the Punjab, Services, General Administration and Coordination Department issued an Order Regarding Imposition of Ban on Deputation and Extra Ordinary Leave (without pay).
  • In continuation of Health Department's order No.SO(ME)9-5(PG)/2018, dated 26.04.2019, the Competent Authority has been pleased to impose complete ban on deputation and Extra Ordinary Leave (without pay) for in-service Postgraduate Trainees (newly admitted as well as ongoing training) having less than three (03) years of service as mentioned in their offer letters, with immediate effect and until further orders.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
