APPOINTMENT OF PART TIME REGIONAL COORDINATORS OF AIOU FOR HAFIZABAD

Deputy Director Regional Services issued an officer order regarding appointment of Part Time Regional Coordinators of Allama Iqbal Open University for Hafizabad.
  • The Vice-Chancellor has been pleased to approve the appointment of the following individuals as Part-Time Regional Coordinators of Allama Iqbal Open University for Tehsil / District mentioned against each for a period of six months from 01-10-2019 to 31-03-2020 at the approved remuneration of Rs.5000/- per month.
  • Mr. Muhammad Naqeeb, Principal, Govt. Muslim Hing School Hafizabad for Tehsil Hafizabad
  • Mr. Muhammad Nawaz Zafar, Lecturer, Govt. Degree College Pindi Bhattian, for Pindi Bhattian
  • The appointment is purely on part-time and is liable to be terminated by the University without any reason or intimation.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
