REGULARIZATION OF SSEs RECRUITED UNDER RECRUITMENT POLICY 2016

District Education Officer (SE), Hafizabad issued a letters to SSEs for provision of  requisite documents to proceed further for their regularization.


  • Kindly refer to the Directorate of Public Instruction (SE), Punjab, Lahore letter No.11064 / Admn (M)-4 Dated. 23-08-2019 on the subject cited above.
  • The Regularization of service of Educators under Punjab Regularization of service Act 2018 amended in 2019, who have completed 03-Years of service up to 29.07.2019. You are directed to provide the complete files consisting the following credentials  in duplicate:
  1. Application Form
  2. CNIC attested copies.
  3. Appointment Orders along with relieving & joining reports attested copies.
  4. Transfer Orders along with joining reports attested copies.
  5. Fresh no Inquiry, no Demand, no Punishment, no Audit Para Certificates & Service Certificate.
  6. PERs, New format last 03 years
  7. Medical Certificate attested copies.
  8. Domicile attested copies & Salary Slip attested copies.
  9. Academic as well as professional credentials attested copies.
  10. Results (2015 to 2019)

  • You are further directed that the hard copies of above mentioned documents / files be submitted in person, on 27th August, 2019.

TIME SCALE UP-GRADATION TO NEXT HIGHER SCALE OF OFFICERS OF PITC

  Managing Director, Pakistan Electric Power Company (PVT.) Limited (PEPCO) issued an office order regarding time scale upgradation of officers of PITC from BPS-19 to BPS-20. GRANT OF ADDITIONAL CHARGE ALLOWANCE

Government of the Punjab, Finance Department issued clarification regarding grant of additional charge allowance. I am directed to refer to this Department's circular letter No.FD.SRII.2-38/70, dated 17.03.1988, on the subject cited above and state that following questions have arisen about the subject matter: Whether additional charge allowance for more than one posts can be granted to the same officer? Whether additional charge allowance against a post lower in status than the incumbent post-of the officer, holding the charge, can be allowed?  The case has been examined in the Finance Department.
