TRANSFER OF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS OF EDUCATION DEPARTMENT

Government of the Punjab, School Education Department issued a letter addressed to DPI(SE/EE), Punjab Lahore and all the CEOs(DEA) Punjab regarding Transfer of Administrative Officers Who has Served More Than Three Years on a Specific Post.


  • I am directed to this Department's letter of even number dated 22.05.2019, the subject noted above and to request you to furnish list / data within two days positively of all District Education Officers (SE / M-EE / W-EE) and Deputy District Education Officers (M-EE / W-EE / SE / HQ) with their posting date at present place to proceed further in the matter please.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
