Government of the Punjab, School Education Department, Monitoring Wing issued Guidelines Regarding Inter-District Transfers of Teacher Through E-Transfer System.
During the phase of Inter-District E-Transfer, the following guidelines / instructions shall be followed by Chief Executive Officers (DEAS):
During the phase of Inter-District E-Transfer, the following guidelines / instructions shall be followed by Chief Executive Officers (DEAS):
- While verifying data of applicants (BS-17 to BS-20), it will be ensured that scale & subject of the applicant and vacant post are same.
- Information given on documents particularly date of joining and stay in the existing school, shall be cross-checked with SIS data.
- CEO (DEA) of the district applied from, shall conduct verification of documents of the applicants and CEO (DEA) of the district applied for, shall conduct verification of posts.
- Reasons of rejection, shall necessarily be recorded on SIS by the documents verifying CEOs (DEAs).
- All documents / posts to be verified under different categories, shall be the same as instructed during the previous practice of Intra-District e-Transfer.
- Notified timelines shall be observed strictly.
