GRANT OF ADHOC RELIEF ALLOWANCE-2019 TO THE EMPLOYEES OF SINDH GOVERNMENT

Government of Sindh, Finance Department approved the Grant of Adhoc Relief Allowance to the Civil Employees of the Sindh Government.


The Finance Division (Regulation Wing) Govt. of Pakistan, Islamabad has notified the "Grant of Adhoc Relief Allowance-2019" to the Employees of Federal Government w.e.f 1st July, 2019 as per detail given below;

  • BPS-1 to 16 @ 10% of the Basic Pay
  • BPS-17 to 20 @ 5% of the Basic Pay

However, Government of Sindh in its Budget Speech 2019-20 announced 15% increase as "Adhoc Relief Allowance 2019" to all Government Employees and Pensioners.

Accordingly, Draft Office Memorandum for allowing 15% Adhoc Relief Allowance 2019 to all Sindh Government Employees is submitted for approval.

TIME SCALE UP-GRADATION TO NEXT HIGHER SCALE OF OFFICERS OF PITC

  Managing Director, Pakistan Electric Power Company (PVT.) Limited (PEPCO) issued an office order regarding time scale upgradation of officers of PITC from BPS-19 to BPS-20. GRANT OF ADDITIONAL CHARGE ALLOWANCE

Government of the Punjab, Finance Department issued clarification regarding grant of additional charge allowance. I am directed to refer to this Department's circular letter No.FD.SRII.2-38/70, dated 17.03.1988, on the subject cited above and state that following questions have arisen about the subject matter: Whether additional charge allowance for more than one posts can be granted to the same officer? Whether additional charge allowance against a post lower in status than the incumbent post-of the officer, holding the charge, can be allowed?  The case has been examined in the Finance Department.
