UP-GRADATION OF POSTS OF ANTI-TERRORISM COURTS AND REGISTRAR OFFICE SPECIAL COURTS

Government of Sindh, Finance Department issued a Clarification Regarding Up-Gradation in Respect to Memorandum Vide U.O. No.FD(SR-IV)I-53/2016 Issued by Finance Department Government of Sindh.


The Secretary to Govt. of Sindh, Home Department, Karachi may kindly refer to Home Department`s letter No. REG(HD)/2-578/18 dated 08.05.2019.

In compliance with the directives given by Honourable High Court of Sindh, Karachi vide letter No.GAZ/UG/ATC/2019 dated 27.02.2019 received from Law Department vide letter No.SJUDL:4-1/2000(Pt-IV)/153 dated 6.3.2019, the benefit of up-gradation is hereby extended to the following posts of Anti-Terrorism Courts of Sindh & Registrar Office Special Courts STA/ATA, being part of the "Sub-Ordinate Courts” as per Finance Department’s advice of even number dated 21.02.2018:-

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
