INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING COLLECTION OF FEE BY PRIVATE SCHOOLS IN SUMMER VACATIONS

Chief Executive Officer, District Education Authority, Hafizabad issued a letter addressed to all Private Schools of District Hafizabad regarding Collection / Charging of Monthly Fee from Students in Summer Vacations.


All the Private Schools are directed to charge fee on monthly basis instead of three month lump sum. In case of non-compliance the registration of the defaulter school will be cancelled and no excuse will be entertained afterwards.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
