AMENDMENT IN PROMOTION POLICY 2010

Government of the Punjab, Services & General Administration Department (Regulation Wing) issued a notification regarding Amendment in Promotion Policy 2010.


Detail:- In order to further streamline the matters pertaining to promotion of Government employees, the Chief Minister has been pleased to approve the amendment in para 9(1)(iv) of the Promotion Policy 2010 as under:
  • Para 9(1)(iv):- Disciplinary proceedings, anti-corruption, or other enquiries or criminal cases are pending against him. However preliminary inquiry / probe in the department or complaint pending with Anti-Corruption Establishment shall not be considered as a cause of deferment. Only in case of registration of FIR in Anti-Corruption the concerned civil servant may be deferred for promotion.
Further necessary action may be taken accordingly.

POLICY FRAMEWORK FOR WORK CHARGED EMPLOYEES, DAILY WAGERS AND CONTINGENT PAID STAFF

CIVIL SERVANTS EFFICIENCY AND DISCIPLINE RULES 2020

  Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Secretariat (Establishment Division) made Civil Servants Efficiency and Discipline Rules, 2020.  Prime Minister approved to make the following rules:-  1.
