PROMOTION OF THE EMPLOYEES IN BS-1 TO BS-4 AS JUNIOR CLERK (BS-11) AGAINST 20% QUOTA

Government of the Punjab, Services & General Administration Department, Section(P-III) issued a notification regarding Promotion of the Employees in BS-1 to BS-4 as Junior Clerk (BS-11) against 20% Quota.

20% posts of Junior Clerks (BS-11) are required to be filled in from amongst the employees of all categories in BS-1 to BS-4 on the basis of seniority-cum-fitness after fulfilling the following requirements:
  1. Matriculate (2d division); However, the condition of Second Division in the Secondary School Certificate shall not be applicable in respect of employees for all categories in BS-1 to BS-4, who have been appointed before the existing amendment vide notification dated 20.10.2011, for their promotion as Junior Clerk against 20% quota.
  2. Have at least 3 years experience of regular service and
  3. Have a speed of 25 words per minute in typing on Computer
  4. Provision of ACRs
  5. No Inquiry / No Demand Certificate.
It is, therefore, requested to kindly forward the names of eligible candidates working in your department / office, who fulfill the above conditions alongwith the Original Service Book and Matriculation Certificates by 28.02.2018 positively. The typing test would be scheduled very soon and date & time will be communicated later on.

CIVIL SERVANTS EFFICIENCY AND DISCIPLINE RULES 2020

  Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Secretariat (Establishment Division) made Civil Servants Efficiency and Discipline Rules, 2020.  Prime Minister approved to make the following rules:-  1.
