DISBURSEMENT OF SALARY AND PENSION FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST 2018 IN ADVANCE ON ACCOUNT OF EID UL AZHA TO GOVERNMENT SERVANTS AND PENSIONERS OF PUNJAB


Government of the Punjab, Finance Department, Accounts Officer (FR) issued a letter regarding Disbursement of Salary and Pension for the Month of August, 2018 in Advance on 17.08.2018 on Account of Eid Ul Azha to all Government Servants and Pensioners vide No.FD/Accounts/A&A/14/61(Vol-II) dated 06.08.2018:



The Government of the Punjab has decided to disburse salary and pension for the month of August, 2018, in advance on 17th August, 2018” on account of “EID-UL-AZHA” to all Government employees and pensioners, belonging to “Muslim Community” in pursuance of Rules 5.1(1)-f and 5.2(3) respectively of the Punjab Financial Rules, Volume-I,

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
