NOTIFICATION REGARDING REVISION OF THE RATES OF HOUSE RENT ALLOWANCE

Government of the Punjab, Finance Department, Deputy Secretary (PC) issued a notification regarding revised rates of house rent allowance w.e.f 01.07.2018.


Detail of Notification:-

The Governor of the Punjab has been pleased to sanction the revision in the rates of House Rent Allowance w.e.f 01.07.2018 to the Punjab Government Employees as under:-

LOCATION

In Declared Big Cities
45% of the Minimum of Basic Pay Scale 2008
Increase in the amount of House Rent Allowance @ 50% of the existing amounts being drawn.
Other Cities
30% of the Minimum of Basic Pay Scale 2008
Increase in the amount of House Rent Allowance @ 50% of the existing amounts being drawn.

All other existing terms & conditions regulating the House Rent Allowance will continue to apply.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
