RECRUITMENT OF SCHOOL HEALTH & NUTRITION SUPERVISORS (BS-17) IN ALL DISTRICTS OF PUNJAB THROUGH PUNJAB PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION (PPSC)

Government of the Punjab, Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department, Section Officer (AHP-II) issued a letter to all Chief Executive Officers (CEOs), District Health Authorities (DHAs) in Punjab regarding recruitment of School Health & Nutrition Supervisors (BS-17) in all Districts of Punjab Through Punjab Public Service Commission.


  • In continuation of this Department's Letter No.SO(G-II) 1-609/2016 dated 30.03.2016.
  • It  was directed to advise CEOs, DHAs, Punjab that no further recruitment of School Health & Nutrition Supervisors (BS-17) will be carried out at district level. All such recruitment will be processed through Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC).
  • CEOs, DHAs, Punjab are further advised to send requisition to this Department regarding the Recruitment of School Health & Nutrition Supervisors (BS-17) through PPSC as per the vacant posts of the aforementioned cadre / designation available in respective district.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
