GRANT OF EID ALLOWANCE TO ALL THE SERVICING MUSLIM EMPLOYEES ON THE OCCASION OF EID-UL-FILTR 2018

Capital Development Authority, Finance Wing, Assistant Financial Adviser (General) issued a notification regarding grant of Eid allowance to all the servicing Muslim employees of the authority on the occasion of Eid-ul-Filtr 2018.
  • In pursuance of CDA Board Directions, the Chairman CDA has been pleased to approve the grant of Eid Allowance to all the Muslim employees of the authority on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr will be solemnized on 16th or 17th of June, 2018.
  • The payment of Eid allowance will be disbursed on 01.06.2018 alongwith salary through respective banks in the following pattern:-

  • The payment of Eid allowance is also payable to contract, daily wages, muster roll employees (gazetted & non-gazetted) will be made presumably they would have drawn had they been appointed against corresponding regular civilian pay scales. The Treasury Division, DDOs and Accounts Officer (Pay Audit-I & II) must ensure that the payment of Eid allowance to serving Muslim employees should be released on 01.06.2018 positively.
  • The expenditure involved will be met out from the existing allocation of budget (2017-18) in the head of Pay & Allowances.

GRANT OF ADDITIONAL CHARGE ALLOWANCE

Government of the Punjab, Finance Department issued clarification regarding grant of additional charge allowance. I am directed to refer to this Department's circular letter No.FD.SRII.2-38/70, dated 17.03.1988, on the subject cited above and state that following questions have arisen about the subject matter: Whether additional charge allowance for more than one posts can be granted to the same officer? Whether additional charge allowance against a post lower in status than the incumbent post-of the officer, holding the charge, can be allowed?  The case has been examined in the Finance Department. TIME SCALE UP-GRADATION TO NEXT HIGHER SCALE OF OFFICERS OF PITC

  Managing Director, Pakistan Electric Power Company (PVT.) Limited (PEPCO) issued an office order regarding time scale upgradation of officers of PITC from BPS-19 to BPS-20.
