ABOLISHING OF FEE OF ALL LABORATORY INVESTIGATIONS / TEST IN LABORATORIES OF PUBLIC HEALTH FACILITIES

Government  of the Punjab, Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department, Section Officer (H&D) issued notification regarding abolishing of fee of all laboratory investigations / tests in outsourced laboratories of public health facilities.
  • The Chief Minister, Punjab is pleased to abolish fee of all laboratory investigations / tests in outsourced laboratories of public health facilities for current financial year with immediate effect.
  • The decision of abolishment of laboratory investigations / tests fee shall be displayed at all prominent places in the hospital / health facility and shall be widely publicized.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
