ONE STEP PROMOTION OF SENIOR DATA PROCESSORS OF SCHOOL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT FROM BS-16 TO BS-17

Government of the Punjab, School Education Department issued notification regarding one step promotion of Senior Data Processors from BS-16 to BS-17.

As Per The Notification:-

  • In pursuance of Finance Department's circular letter No.FD.PC.39-14/77(Pt.IV)(APCA/2008)(Provl), dated 04.01.2016 and advice of Finance Department bearing No.FD.PC.39-14/77(Pt.IV(APCA/2008(Prov) dated 12.10.2017, the following Senior Data Processor of BS-16, Schools Education Department are hereby granted one step promotion to next scale (BS-17 / Personal), with effect from 01.01.2016 as they have completed 10 years service in the present scale.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
